Shipping and Delivery
Zevlin primarily uses UPS for delivery of our orders processed through the Zevlin website. All orders are processed in the order they are received. International, Hawaii and Alaska orders are subject to special shipping requirements and might incur additional shipping charges. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping details and a tracking number. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances Zevlin is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. For any errors regarding your order contact Zevlin within 2 business days of receiving your order to allow us to correct it. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us after completing your order and we will work our little fingers off trying to make your request happen
Returns and Exchanges
Zevlin takes great pride in our products and their quality. But in the rare situation our product doesn’t meet expectations we will work with you for either an exchange or refund under the following circumstances. Bar tape Returns are made within 30 days for a full refund (please include the original shipping receipt) and they haven't been installed onto the handlebars. Custom big40 tape was printed incorrectly or if the bar tape received by the customer does not match the design proof and agreed upon spacing. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed since all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and not refunded.
Body Care Returns are made within 30 days for a full refund (please include the original shipping receipt). All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and not refunded. If you need to return a product, please contact us (email@example.com) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the proper address to ship your return. Your credit card will be refunded upon receipt of your returned product.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, bartered or given/sold to any other company for any reason, period. Zevlin respects your privacy and wants to keep it private.

Intellectual Property Policy Zevlin.com provides a custom product service allowing customers to design and purchase big40 Custom tape without a formal Intellectual Property review by Zevlin. All products purchased on the Zevlin.com website, were created by users who agreed to our terms of service, which prohibits website users from infringing on a third party’s intellectual property rights. We do our best to ensure our users follow these terms, but we cannot guarantee it, as designs are submitted to the site without Zevlin.com performing an IP review. Therefore, if you believe a product or product design contained on the Zevlin.com website infringes on your intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately.
